My last weigh in before 5 days of vacation. I have a lot of my food I normally eat packed so we'll see how things go. Hope everyone has a great few days. :-)
173.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
