Just as I expected...a temporary weight loss...oh well wishful thinking. I will keep doing what I am doing. I ahve enjoyed these two days off...however I am ready to get back to my exercise routine.

Yesterday's work out - None

Measurements
Body Fat% - 24.6
Muscle Mass% - 41.5
Body Water% - 57.1
Bone Mass - 4.8 lbs
138.4 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
