Resumed working out more regularly this week. But I know it's my diet. Feels like I need to resume counting.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

My experience is that I have to count those calories to make progress. If I don’t have good estimate of how many calories I’m eating in a day it becomes very easy to gain weight. Find a way to know how many calories you are taking in each day…don’t have to be perfect, but need a to be close if you want to see results.

If I don’t weigh and track my caloric intake, I do not lose weight. Tracking keeps me honest with myself.
