i had to take in more carbs...because i am urinating out way to much Phosphorus...Doc wanted me to up the carbs...to see if this was the problem..it hasn't changed..i see him the 3rd of Dec. ...upping my carbs..opened up the door for...things with more carbs...like popcorn..potato chips..etc..i now see...how addicted i am to...the sweet taste..i feel like i can stop..until i taste it..have something near me..or money to get it..how will i stop...this is JUST as bad..as it was with getting high...o Allah forgive me...have mercy on me..help me with this problem..as with anything in my life..i can't do it without you.....

UP your carbs with lower glycemic carbs (fruits and vegetables). You can eat more good carbs and still lose weight. Your body just needs time to get used to more carbs and keep track of your caloric intake.
