goooooooood morning...weight is up an i kno its not anything to worry about..just water weight...it happens...i did buy a scales yesterday to monitor fat...but its going back to walmart today...it came with batteries, but after changing the batteries in it...it still doesnt work ...guess im stuck with the ole scales that work right...kept up an going yesterday...afer my weight /cardio workout...then went to walmart...took forever ..mom went with me...then after unloading it..decided..to go ahead an get rest of the yard cut for the next few days ..with the temps in the 70s...really nice for a change...less humid...liking this kind of weather...alarm clock woke me up this morning...ate breakfast an layed back down...so no gym workout today...was just cardio...but still missed my workout..guess i was just tired still...o well will be rested for tomows weight/cardio workout at least...have a great one...
293.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
