Back home. It's always hard to find good food choices when away, but I did the best I could under the circumstances.
Bought some extra weights to increase challenge for upper body workouts.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
