155.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1743 kcal Fat: 69.98g | Prot: 61.08g | Carb: 234.25g.   Breakfast: Chocolate Chip Vitamuffins, super pump 250, all bran fiber drink. Lunch: Extra long chilli cheese coney, Onion Rings (Regular). Dinner: turkey pepperoni, pizza sauce, weight watcher pita, sun dried tomatos,  mozzarella kraft. Snacks/Other: Goldfish Baked Cheddar Crackers, America's Best 94% Fat Free Microwave Popcorn. more...
