Walked 3+ miles yesterday, foot doing well. Ate well. Still feel good. Mom and I finished painting her terrace ceiling, so today we can put all the furniture back and enjoy it. Before the big chill gets here. It was gorgeous yesterday and just cool, 50s/60s, nice, but we know we'll feel the edge of that cold front.
I feel sorry for all my buddies that can't walk these days, but you'll find something.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been feeling sorry for myself. Blek. Enough of that! I bought some salad stuff because I think that eating fresh veggies will help me feel better. I've been eating no sugar but otherwise eating kinda crappy. I need to do more than just no/low sugar, so this week when I am menu planning I am going to try and find low fat & healthy things to cook. I also need to get with our gym owner and order a card so that I can go down to the gym after work. It's not like I have ANY excuse for not doing that. The gym is like one block from work. Seriously. We always use Eric's card but if I go by myself I need my own card to get in. Once I get these two things sorted, it can be as snowy as it wants to be and I don't have to have the icy weather disrupt my lovely routine.

Good goin Ame... but I will agree the scale thing is history. I walked 4+ miles today. I'm not going to give a shit if the scale says something! I hadn't walked four plus miles anytime when I was a little skinny bi-ash. So there! Let the number be whatever the hell it wants to be I'm doing good. And yes, get the card. You're going to do even better at the gym! Change it up!
