Feeling great about this number too. I ate really well yesterday. The greens are up in the greenhouse to the point where we can eat them every day, so we have had them three days in a row. Kale, spinach and swiss chard to the rescue. And just plain and simple less calories.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
