Oh, yay! 158. Y yesterday, and long walk today...my exercise bike too. I am trying the overnight oats; steel cut oats, almond milk, an apple pie 100 calorie yogurt and stevia. Zap 1&1/2 minutes. YUM! ONLY 2 OZ AT A TIME!! So, I think I am at 100 lbs. total loss today!! Very happy!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
