1629 kcal Fat: 42.34g | Prot: 52.31g | Carb: 142.41g.   Breakfast: kroger whole grain oats, blueberries, light silk soymilk vanilla, walnuts, Lowfat Plain Yogurt. Lunch: boneless skinless chicken breast, low fat cottage cheese, rice vinegar, black olives, Olive oil, laughing cow swisscheese, zucchini, mushrooms, lettuce. Dinner: corn, green beans, olive oil, beef sirloin roast. Snacks/Other: pinot noir. more...
