I didn't want to see this number this morning. It feels like I'm eeking my way up again, bit by bit and I'm kind of glad because its hard evidence that I do need an exercise routine. I haven't been walking for the last week and this is what happens. It's that simple.

I've gained 4 pounds since Oct. 24. That allowing myself cheats and not walking would cause that HUGE amount of gain is kind of breathtaking. In what, two and a half weeks? I'm woken up. I'll tell you that.

I'm going to do some exercise every day. And I'm going to mix it up too. Bike. Weights. Whatever it takes!
And NO SUGAR!
Thanks for being here buddies and keeping me accountable.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know it's not helping accountability, but once in a while I have to wonder if I'm retaining hormonal weight. But the daily weigh ins do help in tracking. Like these pesky coupla back n forth pounds I'm dealing with have got me on a little more strict food regimin. After feeling a little sick-ish on a thick slice of pizza for lunch yesterday, I made wild rice veg soup w chicken stalk, and that was supper, lunch and supper again. It's fairly good and I know absolutely healthy, so who cares if its a little boring. I also bought those wasa crackers to have w lunch. They are one of the only crackers on the planet with no sugar, but they must have left out salt too. Thank goodness everything's so "delicious"! 🍪

We love Wasa crackers too because of the same thing. No sugar and a nice flavor. But I really wanted to agree with you on the pulling back to a very light soup for a day or two. After my buffet birthday party which included a very small piece of my delicious cake (and I was pretty good with the buffet having only one not-so-full plate) so yesterday we just had eggs and greens and potato pancakes for breakfast, a protein shake with blackberries and banana, yogurt and our shake mix for lunch and sausage and greens for dinner and just an apple w/peanut butter for dessert. It was more than your soup but it was all good for you, every bite. So maybe today I'll pull back even more and go lighter still. I do love a good brothy soup and with this weather soup feels so good.
