Good evening everyone. I've been slowly getting back into a routine, a warm up routine to address cardio,stretching rhythm a 12 minute ab workout. I've laxed on Insanity and T25, just not feeling it. My body, however, told me to feel something or feel not so good. I chose to feel healthy again. Maintaining a decent weight. I'm pleased. Happy holidays.
