I have just given up. For about a month. I exercise here and there but gave up on eating well and gained 5 pounds. Very frustrating and I just feel like I have no support and am doing this a lone.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It stinks when you don't get the support you need at home, but the truth is no one can do this but you. Make a commitment to yourself to eat healthy and exercise. Find your motivation. Take a new exercise class. Buy some fitness magazines, get some workout dvd's and make a little home gym at home. All you need is a couple of hand weights and a mat. You can do zumba, yoga, pilates, dance, etc. Buy yourself a little something for every 5 pounds you lose. Your doing this for yourself. You can do it.
