Did Zumba, went to my first therapy session, treated myself to camofladge ice cream at Baskin Robbins, had Hibachi with a friend who was trying to avoid dwelling on the anniversary of her husband's death, and went shopping for a more neutral colored coat and a plaid shirt (which knocked out half of my walking for the day). A decent day with continuing exercises, and if only this migraine would subside, then things would be even better.
