My master's courses and my mom dying really took it's toll on my weight/health. I've finally gotten my mind back where it needs to be. I've started this diet again and will be taking it one week at a time. I do have my short term goals, including seeing my daughter in a month. I don't want her to see that I've gained back the weight that I took off last fall. It's really important that we are role models for our children and being over weight is not a good one. They have got to see that we handle stress and still manage to take care of ourselves. Off I go (again).
