So far so good. Getting the diet back on track but I still need to get exercise back into my day. Today I will cleaning house as my exercise. Mopping floors & cleaning carpets.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 52.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
