JDbowler's Journal, 05 November 2014

Happy Hump day my FS friends. Hopefully everyone has had a great start to their week. Nothing changing, however my greatest goal is that I haven't over eaten during the Halloween season. This time of year is my biggest obstacle. If I can make it through the next two months, I think I have this. My family always has a big feast for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I love to eat, and the holidays always make it hard to lose. However, I am determined to be at my goal weight by the end of next summer, so I think that will out weigh the want of food. I am just glad that I have great friends like you to help me if I start to wander from my path. That's all for now, nothing new or exciting going on at home. Hope everyone has a great day.
