I am feeling very exhausted 🥺, upset and disheartened. I can see my goal in front of me of 90 kg. Last weight in was 90.8 kg. Soooooo close to my first goal. And this week I am 1 kg heavier. I do feel tired, exhausted phisically. But I can hear a voice from inside of me telling me : "Do Not Give Up". I just can't find strength right now. Struggling with my health. 😔
202.4 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
