When I weighed in this morning I was kind of excited to see what the number was. I'd walked another 12000 steps yesterday and ate perfectly so I wasn't worried. I need more feel good mornings like this one.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Mine stayed the same. So disappointing. Good for you, though! You should be losing when you walk that far! :)

Oh and thank you for the reminder that my pedo watch is faulty. I think I've walked 6 miles each day. You said that 10000 is 5 miles and I believe that that is accurate. Today I may have a rest day. I'll wear my pedo watch and see what I do just around the house.
