I forgot about this site! Finally started "dieting." Doing My Fit Foods! It's amazing. I've lost 20 pounds in 21 days! Hoping for another 20 in 21 days! Or MORE! :)
289.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
