I feel frustrated!!!!
157.6 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Write down everything you eat and exercise 6 times a week, stick to your RDI and healthy foods, get enough sleep, reduce stress and the pounds will come off. Hang in there Sara.

good advice from Snezica. I checked out your diet calendar - was that all you ate? it's tough, for sure, but something has to give, hopefully soon. hang in there.

Hey there, hang in!! Drink a ton of water to begin with...nothing less than 8 cups a day. I cant see your journal to comment but i do see that you have very little weight to lose. The last 10lbs is the toughest and you might need to shake it up a bit. I always find for me that lowering my carbs and increasing protein really helps. (sorry if you already do this cant see your diary). Protein leaves you full longer :) Chin up...IT WILL HAPPEN.
