Guess I was too confident I had it mastered. Back to the drawing board.

127.4 lb Lost so far: 58.4 lb. Still to go: 6.1 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I suggest using brightly colored chalk at that drawing board, with plenty of smiley faces and hearts😊💕 You can DO THIS!

I‘ve watched you master the art of losing for 2.5 yrs @liv001; and no one is better at it👍 However, the art of maintenance - IMHO - still requires a process of frequent monitoring ( logging, weighing ) albeit less obsessive & more relaxed. Rooting for you💙
