Got to goal yesterday 😃

Now, onward! Get this shoulder healed up, increase the activity, build some strength, and conquer my workplace candy habit. And above all, maintain the loss.

Thanks, Debbie! I stalled so long I didn't actually think I'd hit it. Wouldn't object to dropping another 5, and I wouldn't be underweight if I did, but the bigger priority right now is increasing activity

Thanks, Navywifeski, Morticia, and Conscious Eater 😊 The shoulder is coming along. Any time I think about slacking off on the home exercises, I think about how much I'll be paying in PT bills 😱 since I hadn't hit my deductible yet. Would be foolish to put that kind of money in and not do my part! 🤣
