Did pure cardio this morning awesome 35 minutes :) Happy Halloween Everyone. Well no loss no gain I am happy with that my original goal was 195 then I actually got down to 189 so I changed the goal to 185 but truthfully I am happy just maintaining around 190
191.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Once I changed my goal away from some "magical" number on the scale to a more "overall health/fitness"-related goal, my weight just kind of sorted itself out on its own. It's good to see you've found your "Happy Healthy Spot" too!

Successfully maintaining is great, being at a good weight and happy with that is the place to be.
