Hello everyone, it has been a while. I had surgery for my knee in July and for my shoulder last week. I have been very SEDENTARY but now its time to get on the program .I NEED TO LOOSE 9 PDS before Christmas. I know I can do it but I will need some positive feedback from all of you. See I have this condition with my bones that doesn't allow me to allow gain weight. I can feel it. Painful. So today I decided that it was time for me to get back in course. I'm starting physio for my shoulder Monday, exercise will be difficult. But one day at a time.

Welcome back. You've done it before so you can do it again, even with surgeries you've been dealing with. You said it, one day at a time. Today is a great day to start back at being a healthier you.
