One meal out can sure blow your diet! I had to approximate the foods so at best the damage is an estimate. However, it was a delicious meal at a better restaurant and all the foods (except the mixed drink) were healthy. No dessert. A perhaps once-a-year event so well worth the sacrifice of a day's progress. Back to work.
