Does sex count as exercise? HAHA
I know I've lost the water weight I was holding onto, which was only about four pounds but I was at 155 for so long I'm gonna call that my baseline weight. It's all downhill from here! My resolve is quite strong right now.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
