17.4 % BF. 4th week on IF diet.

Heavy Sunday with beer, vodka, lasagna and ribs. lots of roasted peanuts and cake. Regardless, lost 2.2 lb and 0.6
% BF.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
