Nine days with my weight doing a balancing act, not a fraction of a pound changed! Then over the last two days I've lost a whole kilo! Really hope the loss continues as it did the last time I got stuck. Maybe this is how my body works? The fat cells empty and fill with water, then my body has a tip-out of water - whoosh......
