Wow 6 pounds gained in 3 days. That's what happens when I don't follow my diet. Feels good to be back to normal today and tracking everything again. :-)
183.2 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
