I have lost 60# in 15 months. I have gone from a size 20W to a size 14. My plan is to keep losing another 20-25#. It's been hard trying to figure out what works for me, but I think I've figured it out. 1200 calories a day, no soda, exercise 5x's a week & making sure I take a probiotic + 2 magnesium complex each night. My weight loss average is 1# a week, it's not spectacular, but it works for me. So, if you are struggling.... Keep your nose to the grindstone, it will eventually pay off.
