Well the big weigh in to day and it was much better than I anticipated. So completely re-motivated I feel it should be no problem hitting goal by my birthday (7/29). Then we'll see how my plan for maintenance works.

184.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.9 lb a week
