Thank you Spinx1971. Last couple years have been rough. got within 25lbs of my goal and then cancer surgery and 60 days after broke my ankle that kept me out of commission for 6 months. Other ankle wore down to bone on bone and had to get a specialized brace for it. If that wasn't enough I had an illness other than the cancer that just about finished me off. All in all said I gained a lot of weight back. Now I am back at what I need to do. I can't do weight bearing exercise due to ankles so I bought a recumbent illeptical. Just the ticket. Also got serious again about the nutrition part of the program. We will get there it is just a matter of time now. I will take all the support I can get though. Encouragement is good for us all.
