For last 4 days I was in bed very ill an I am still struggling . I did not eat properly, so it is why I lost so much weight. So it is now I am 800 gr closer to my first goal ( which is 90 kg ). 😁 😊 🙃
200.2 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
