Friday, 6/10/11, 6:30PM.

Real good day for fasting. Only had my Arganine in the AM (5 cal) and coffee,and a shut glass of espresso for lunch, and shut glass of fresh squeezed fruit/vegetable juice before workout for total of 77 calories till dinner time. Dinner was late due to guests coming over, so had piece of protein and grilled vegetable at 7pm (23 hours fasting) and ate rest of my dinner at 9:30 which was a lot, but I tried to stay only on proteins and vegetables (Grilled pork shish kabob, Grilled chicken wing drummets, grilled vegetables, pea salad, 1/4 baked potato... All and all, I went little over from my target of about 900 calories for my fasting day (most if not all calories should come from dinner on this day). I got about 1100 calories, yet managed to pack in about 91 g. of protein, which was well needed after that intense workout I had few hours earlier on an empty stomach. Obviously seeing drops in weight and body fat makes you want to keep going same way since you're seeing good results. I need to loose as much as possible before a knee surgery at the end of June, which might put me out of the gym for about 2 weeks.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
