Good morning everyone. Working on managing what I eat, trying to stay hydrated now the weather is changing. Still maintaining self care as best I can with vigilant focus. Enjoy.
133.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
