I am upset that I got off track. My problem is fast food is quick and easy but I am hurting myself. I need to make time and prepare my lunches and start keeping track of what I eat.
137.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
