Things are working out. I know I wanted to stop weighing on daily but somehow I wake up and feel the need to do it. I guess that's something to talk with my psychologist, it's just a weird urge.

Have a wonderful Sunday FS family 💛💛💛
270.1 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 126.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week

I weigh every day too! I have found it to be a helpful way to keep my self-esteem in check surrounding monthly hormonal changes that might affect my weight.

Me and the scale had a love hate relationship. BUT...the scale daily has to be FOR ME. I skip a few days, and go up a little, then a little more, next thing I know up 10 lbs. UGH! You have to feel good, so don't beat yourself up with the darn scale. Some days are better, and we all know some days just goes up. For me, I can't have avoidance to daily weigh ins. Buena Suerte!!! Mis padres son colombianos. :)
