I just got out of rehab after a binge with alcohol and a bad bought with my eating disorder so it's expected that I would have gained a little weight. I plan to back to eating healthly and excersing regularly. In addition to this I plan to talk to my dr. in two weeks about coming off the Depo-Provera shot (which I last had two weeks ago - due every three months). The weight gained by the shot won't probably start coming off for another 4-6 months but I'm going to get a headstart and do all the right things to begin that journey. I really want to get down to 130 lbs. but right now I need to think in short term goals so the first 16 lbs to 150 is where I want to be in 5 months.
166.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
