Appears I put on muscle weight. I'm doubtful it's fat because I've been doing a lot of cardio and still been eating healthy. I'm actually beginning to think this stop/go/fluctuation I'm having is my body putting on muscle due to the amount of weight training I am doing.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week
