18% BF on my Tanita scale that I've been using since couple of years ago for consistency (also day and time of day with same routines)

To compare with caliper testing, my wife took 7 skin fold measurements. With 7 test sites, I got 17.07% and with 3 test sites, I got 18.63%, (so the average is 17.85%). I guess 7 skin folds should be more accurate. Found the formulas through Google, and made an excel calculator for these.

There is close enough results that I can rely on my scale reading, although I will measure skin fold fat weekly as well, may be even with some tape measurements of gut, chest.

So I have 2.2% drop in body fat in two weeks since I started on IM (Intermittent fasting) diet and changed workout routine.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
