Started HR 12 Week 2.0 this past Monday. Missed one day and still managed to drop some weight. That just reiterates how important the diet aspect is.

I'll definitely make up for my lost day in the program tho.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
