I have had no motivation to do the P90X routines this week. I actually skipped both Yoga and Plyo. I made up for Plyo by jogging 4.5 miles but I don't know what's going on. I've really had to force myself to do everything. I might have to switch up to something else for a couple weeks before doing Round 2 of P90X.
178.8 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Definitely need one and actually have one coming up the 24th through July 5th. Going to Acadia National Park so will still be hiking and getting exercise but no P90X! Then once I come back I need to get back on the bandwagon to be in shape for a Bermuda Cruise in September.

I think the break maybe good for you. Especially before you kick it up to high gear. I am still doing good but I am only 2 months in and one month was lean. I know I am going to need a break when I finish 90 days. You are doing great, don't beat yourself up also long as you keep moving.

I think the real issue is doing it first thing in the morning before work. Also my physical biorhythm was really low the past few days so as that comes back up I'm hoping I'll have more energy. I've been walking like crazy though. I've logged almost 38 miles so far this month and that doesn't count my walks during work hours. So I haven't felt completely lazy.
