Back to goal weight of 142 lbs... [WANT to go BELOW THAT - I liked it BEST, when I weighed about 137 lbs].

I'VE NOT BEEN MAKING an EFFORT to DECREASE the NUMBER on SCALE...

It 'just happens' with MINDFUL EATING... and FOCUSING on the INTERPRETATION OF YOUR BODY'S SIGNALS...

IT IS TRULY, SO EFFECTIVE... and SO VERY E-Z!

U-SHOULD-TRY-IT!
141.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
