Well I am good with the gain, since when I returned from Alabama I was at 195.6 with all the eating and drinking and meeting new great people and seeing some very old friends
191.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
