I feel good, so the scale was kind today! How nice...lol. I did a year check-up this morning...are you keeping track? Taking pictures? Keeping a journal? (other than on here) Taking your measurements? I started this in October of 2013. And today I looked back...since October...I've lost 40.75 inches total...went from size 26 to 18/20. (18 too small, 20 too big). I'm off medications, insulin, and 1 blood pressure pill. Most importantly, I'm enjoying life again. Living life again!! Found motivation in God to keep moving ahead...though at times I lost sight of that (I'm human, and forgiven).

I still struggle with things...Reese Cups, Krispy Creme Doughnuts, Chips, M&M's...yadda yadda yadda...I have been finding strength and have not indulged in any of these items except chips in baked versions and in single serve portions. The occasional servings out of larger bags at special occasions...but sticking close to serving size portion. Setting guardrail and limits on myself is hard but necessary, it's greater health I'm after!!

Do not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time you WILL reap a harvest IF you do not give up!!
