Lost, but gained 1.2 lbs since my unofficial weigh-in on Friday. Calories a bit high over the weekend, and I didn't have any extra activity. Thinking about moving the official weigh day to Tuesdays...or maybe Fridays...have to see if my Buddy DDH agrees!
171.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
