1129 kcal Fat: 38.75g | Prot: 62.98g | Carb: 152.29g.   Breakfast: Chocolate Chip Vitamuffins, super pump 250, all bran fiber drink. Lunch: turkey pepperoni, weight watchers string cheese, pizza sauce, weight watcher pita, kraft 2% Mozzarella. Dinner: skinny cow vanilla ice cream sandwich, olive oil, shiataki noodles, red pepper, onion, Mozzarella & Roasted Garlic Chicken Sausage. Snacks/Other: nips, smart balance peanut butter, Cheddar Soy Crisps, America's Best 94% Fat Free Microwave Popcorn. more...
