Busy busy week with cake orders... lack of time equals minimal exercise. Surprisingly didn't gain, especially considering I was consuming more calories that what I THOUGHT my body needed.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
